Terms and Conditions for The Innovator's Toolkit™

Welcome to The Innovator's Toolkit™, offered by Wayv Hello Limited. By purchasing, enrolling in, and participating in this course, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the course materials.

1. Course Access and Enrollment

1.1. Upon successful payment, you are granted personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive access to the course materials, including but not limited to videos, templates, and coaching sessions.

1.2. Your access begins once payment is confirmed and continues for the lifetime of the course. "Lifetime of the course" refers to the duration for which the course content is made available by Wayv Hello Limited.

1.3. Sharing your login credentials or granting access to course materials to others is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised access, duplication, or distribution of course content may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without notice or refund, and may also result in legal action.

2. Pricing and Payment Options

2.1. The standard price of The Innovator's Toolkit™ is $2999. We may offer promotional pricing or discounts at our discretion during specific times of the year.

2.2. If you choose to pay using the 3-month instalment plan, you are committing to pay the total course fee in full. By selecting this option, you expressly agree to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of your level of course participation or completion. Non-payment, partial payment, or cancellation of the remaining instalments will result in immediate suspension of access to the course materials. You will still be legally obligated to pay the remaining balance and may be subject to debt recovery procedures if payment is not made in full.

2.3. Wayv Hello Limited reserves the right to pursue any unpaid amounts through legal means, including but not limited to engaging a collections agency or seeking legal remedies to recover the full course fee, plus any applicable legal fees and interest.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date by contacting us at [email protected].

3.2. Refund requests are subject to review and approval. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

3.3. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date, regardless of the level of course completion or engagement.

3.4. If the course includes digital downloads or templates that are not typically refundable due to their nature, the refund policy will exclude such digital assets.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All course content, including but not limited to videos, texts, graphics, templates, and coaching materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Wayv Hello Limited and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4.2. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works based on any course content without express written permission from Wayv Hello Limited.

4.3. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access to the course, and legal action may be pursued to recover damages or enforce intellectual property rights.

5. Disclaimer

5.1. The course is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the course materials.

5.2. You acknowledge that participation in this course does not guarantee any specific business results or outcomes. You are solely responsible for how you apply the concepts and tools provided in the course.

5.3. Wayv Hello Limited is not liable for any errors, omissions, or decisions you make based on the course content, nor do we assume responsibility for any losses or damages arising from its use.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayv Hello Limited and its affiliates will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of business opportunities, or technical issues encountered during participation in the course.

6.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wayv Hello Limited from any claims, actions, or damages arising from your use of or participation in the course.

7. Course Updates and Access

7.1. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the course materials at our discretion. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or the course platform.

7.2. Updates or modifications to the course do not entitle you to a refund or partial refund.

7.3. As long as the course is offered, you will retain lifetime access to any materials you have purchased. However, Wayv Hello Limited reserves the right to discontinue the course at any time, with reasonable notice.

8. User Conduct

8.1. Participants are expected to engage with the course and the platform in a respectful and professional manner. You must not use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate purposes.

8.2. Abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior towards instructors or other participants will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund, and your access will be terminated.

8.3. You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the course platform or other users' experience.

9. Privacy

9.1. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal data collected during the purchase and participation process. We will use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
